Our gym is a traditional boxing gym that you would see out of an old Rocky movie. Champions are made through tough workout, technical training and sparring sessions.

The gym is equipped with a full size ring, heavy, speed, and double-end bags. There is a large warmup section with wall to wall mirrors. The ring is separated from the warmup section to allow boxers and coaches to move freely throughout the gym. In addition, there are both men and women locker rooms equipped with showers.
