Boxing Ontario Certified Coaches:

Ron Gervais (Ron is the co-founder of the Gale Kerwin boxing club. After Gale passed away, Ron has graciously continued the Gale Kerwin Boxing tradition by volunteering his time in coaching and managing the day-to-day operations of the club. Ron has been involved in boxing for approximately 50 years.)

Bill Deslaurier (Prior to joining the Gale Kerwin Boxing Club, Bill ran his own Boxing Club in the Manotick/Greely area. Bill has been involved in boxing for approximately 30 years.)

Luc Lalonde (Prior to the Gale Kerwin Boxing Club, Luc ran his own Boxing Club in Embrum for many years. Luc has been involved in Boxing for approximately 30 years.)

Antoinne Longoude (Prior to the Gale Kerwin Boxing Club, Antoinne was an Olympic boxing coach for Africa. Antoinne has been involved in boxing for approximately 30 years.)

Tohid Ostad (Tohid "Tony" was apart of the persian natinoal boxing team, Tony has been involved in boxing for approximately 20 years.)

Wayne Shimoon (Wayne has been involved in Boxing for approximately 14 years. Wayne started out in Kick Boxing and was personally trained by the legendary 23 time world champion Jean-Yves Theriault. Wayne enjoyed 5 years of kick boxing for Team Theriault before turning his focus on boxing. Wayne joined the Gale Kerwin Boxing club in 2002 after spending 4 years of training mostly at the Beaver Boxing Club of Ottawa.)
